Crisis Responders provide immediate practical and emotional telephone support to people who have been victimized by crime or tragic circumstances. Crisis Responders work rotational shifts through the day and afterhours. Occasionally, Crisis Responders may also provide on scene support at the request of Peel Regional Police. Crisis Responders during the business hours will be provided an opportunity to work out of the VSOP office. Currently all staff and volunteers are working remotely as part of the VSOP Pandemic Management Plan. For more information, click here.
