This is a non-exhaustive list of resources separate from our Member Distress Centres that may be helpful to anyone seeking mental health supports. These programs may be run federally, provincially, or locally.
Boots on the Ground
Ontario
Anonymous peer support for first responders, by first responders. It’s an anonymous Ontario-based helpline where first responders can talk to someone who’s been through it. We’re not therapists. We’re here to listen. No call display. No judgment.
Volunteer Canada

Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence

The Canadian Centre for Caregiving Excellence supports and empowers caregivers and care providers, advances the knowledge and capacity of the caregiving field, and advocates for effective and visionary social policy, with a disability-informed approach.
Wounded Warriors Canada

Wounded Warriors Canada (WWC) is a national mental health service provider dedicated to serving Trauma Exposed Organizations, Trauma Exposed Professionals and their families. WWC specializes in providing culturally informed services that utilize a combination of education, counselling, and training approaches to support resiliency and recovery from post-trauma injuries.
